Pregnancy Pilates
Small and intimate group sessions for expectant mums. Six weekly sessions of 1.5 hours per week. Each session combines a prenatal workout with a workshop designed to empower you through labour and birth. The session finishes with pregnancy themed relaxation. See below for details of the optional Pilates lead-in sessions running in the weeks before the course starts.

Optional but highly recommended 4 week Pilates lead in:
Thursdays 6.30-7.15pm (45 minutes): 8th Jan, 15th Jan, 22nd Jan, 29th Jan (2026)
Pay-as-you-go: £15 per session
These sessions help you stay active through more of your pregnancy, ease into the course, and meet the group in a relaxed setting.
6-week Birthing Workshop Course:
Thursdays 6.30-8pm (90 minutes): 5th Feb, 12th Feb, 19th Feb, 26th Feb, 5th March, 12th March (2026)
Course cost: £180 (deposit £90 to secure spot, remainder to be paid in full by start date)
