Studio Group Classes

Studio equipment

All my group Pilates classes are held in my Garden Studio in Tring, a bright, welcoming space equipped for small, personalised sessions.

With a maximum of 6–7 people per class, you’ll get the benefits of a group atmosphere with plenty of individual attention. Each class blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement to help you feel strong, supple, and energised.

Class styles:

I currently offer three class styles each week:

Steady Flow: Gentle, controlled movement focusing on mobility, stability, and alignment.

Strength & Flow: A dynamic mix of strength work and fluid Pilates sequences for whole-body conditioning.

Weekend Reset: A Saturday morning session tailored to the group and energy in the room each week, this session is designed to release tension, boost energy, and set you up for the weekend ahead.

Booking & Payment:

Classes are £15 per session, with bundle options available via Gymcatch. To book, download the free Gymcatch app, create an account, and follow “Sophie Green Pilates” to view the classes and reserve your place.

Note on availability:

Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
